“St. Mark’s is a community of followers of Jesus Christ ...”
Worship is central to our identity as a
community of followers of Jesus Christ, uniting
us in faith and purpose. Through worship, we
glorify God, grow in our understanding of
Christ’s teachings, and nurture our
relationships with one another. It is in these
shared moments of praise, prayer, and
reflection that we are renewed and inspired to
live out our faith in all aspects of life. Worship,
therefore, forms the foundation of everything
we do as a church.
“...that strives to WELCOME all people, ...”
At St. Mark’s, we strive to welcome all people
as an expression of Christ’s love. Through our
welcoming and outreach efforts, we create a
community where everyone feels valued and
included, whether they are long-time
members or new faces exploring our
programs and services for the first time. By
engaging with one another and reaching out
to those not yet part of our church family, we
reflect God’s hospitality and invite others into
the transformative journey of faith.
“... GROW in knowledge and grace ...”
Growing in knowledge and grace is at the
heart of our discipleship journey at St. Mark’s.
Through Bible studies, small groups, children’s
and youth ministries, and other opportunities
for spiritual formation, we deepen our
understanding of God’s Word and nurture a
faith that transforms our lives. These efforts
help us grow closer to Christ and equip us to
live out God’s grace in the world.
“... and SERVE our neighbors, locally and globally.”
Serving our neighbors, both locally and
globally, is a vital expression of our faith at St.
Mark’s. Through missional efforts and
partnerships, we work to meet the needs of
our community and beyond, sharing Christ’s
love through acts of compassion, justice, and
generosity. These initiatives reflect our
commitment to making a meaningful impact in
the lives of others as we live out the call to
serve.
